We diagnose before we quote
Low pressure has three or four common causes that cost very different amounts to fix. We find out which one you have rather than guessing and charging for the guess.
The common parts are on the van
Washers, seals, cistern mechanisms, isolation valves, traps. Most everyday jobs get finished on the first visit instead of booked in for a second.
We leave it clean
Surfaces covered before we start, tidied at the end of each day, and joints pressure-checked before anything gets closed back up.
We come to you
We work across Harare — Avondale, Borrowdale, Greendale, Highlands and the rest of Greater Harare. Travel is charged once per visit, not per hour.
Emergencies answered
Burst pipes and flooding do not wait for office hours. There is an emergency line, and the first thing we will tell you is where to find your stopcock.
