They all start the same way — we look at the job, find out what is actually wrong, and give you a fixed price in writing before anything gets opened up.
01 · General Plumbing

Most of what we do is the ordinary stuff: a tap that drips through the night, a toilet that never stops running, a basin that has to be replaced. It is also where a bad job shows up fastest, so we do it the slow way.
Dripping or stiff taps and mixers, running and rocking toilets, low pressure at a shower, a fixture that has finally given up — we carry the common parts, so most everyday jobs are finished on the first visit rather than booked in for a second.
Low pressure in particular is worth diagnosing rather than guessing at. It might be a blocked shower head, an undersized pipe run, or a supply problem that is not yours at all. We find out which before recommending anything, because the three fixes cost very different amounts.
You get a fixed written price before we start. Whatever we agree is what you pay — there is no hourly meter running while we work.
02 · Drain Laying & Repairs
Drain Laying & Repairs
A drain that keeps blocking is telling you something. We clear it, then find out why it happened — roots, grease, or a collapsed section — because clearing the same blockage four times a year is not a repair.
We trace the fault with rods before anything is dug up. That keeps the work — and the bill — proportionate to the actual problem, instead of opening a trench across a garden on a hunch.
For new work we lay drainage to the correct falls and connect it into your existing system or the municipal line: extensions, new builds, and re-routes around an addition.
Where a line has cracked or collapsed we quote the repair separately, in writing, so you can see what is clearance and what is reconstruction.
03 · Water Tank Installation

When the municipal supply is unreliable, the tank and pump become the most important plumbing in the house. They have to be sized to the household, not to whatever was on the shelf.
We work out the tank capacity, pump and pressure from your actual demand and roof height, then quote the tank, pump, pipework and fittings as separate lines so nothing hides inside a vague allowance.
The install is done to be serviceable: isolation valves where you can reach them, a proper changeover between municipal and tank supply, and pipework routed so a future repair does not mean breaking something else.
We can supply the tank and pump, or install equipment you have already bought — either way we commission the system and show you how it runs before we leave.
04 · Pipe Fitting & Maintenance
Pipe Fitting & Maintenance
Old galvanised pipe fails slowly and then all at once. Replacing it before that happens is far cheaper than replacing it afterwards, along with the ceiling underneath.
We agree the routing and fittings with you first, then quote a fixed price. Surfaces get covered, we tidy up at the end of each day, and every joint is pressure-checked before it is closed up.
Re-pipes are planned around you — we sequence the work so the house is not without water for longer than it has to be, and we route new runs where they can be reached again.
For offices, complexes and rental properties we also run scheduled maintenance, which is mostly about finding the weeping joint before the tenant finds it.
05 · Leak Detection & Fixing
Leak Detection & Fixing
A bill that keeps climbing, a damp patch that never dries, the sound of water running with every tap closed. All three usually mean a leak you cannot see, and all three are findable.
We isolate the system and confirm there really is a leak before going looking. That single step saves a lot of customers a lot of money, because a surprising number of high bills turn out to be something else.
Once confirmed, we narrow the leak down to the smallest area we can, then open up only that spot. Under-slab and underground leaks are the common culprits behind a bill that suddenly doubles.
We repair the line, make good, and check that pressure has come back to where it should be before we call it finished.
06 · Solar Geyser Installation
Solar Geyser Installation
Hot water is the first thing you lose in an outage and one of the biggest lines on an electricity bill. A properly installed solar geyser deals with both — but only if it is sized and fitted correctly.
We size the system to your household and check the roof and water supply before quoting. If your existing geyser is worth repairing instead, we will say so — an element or thermostat is a fraction of the cost of a new system.
Installation is done to spec: panels, tank, valves, drip trays and isolation, with a backup element wired in so cloudy spells and winter mornings are not a problem.
We commission the system, run it up to temperature, and show you how it behaves before handing it over.
