Every job is priced to what is actually wrong, not to a menu. Use the estimator for an indicative figure — the fixed written price follows a look at the job.
How we price
There is no single price for a blocked drain.
One blockage is twenty minutes with a set of rods. Another is a collapsed section under a driveway. Charging both the same would mean overcharging one of them, so we don't. Our quotations separate parts, equipment, labour hours, access, call-out and travel — so you can see what you are paying for, and drop anything you would rather do without.

Kinds of job

Repairs
The cheapest kind of job. A washer, a cistern mechanism, a trap, a stiff mixer. Priced per fixture, supply and fit, and usually done on the first visit.
Diagnostic
Leak detection and recurring blockages. You are paying for finding the fault properly — which is what stops you paying for the same job four times a year.
Installation
Tanks, pumps, geysers and new pipe runs. Equipment is the biggest line, so it is quoted separately from labour and you can see exactly what the hardware costs.
Reconstruction
Full re-pipes, collapsed drains, under-slab work. Excavation, chasing and making good are quoted as their own lines, because that is where the cost really sits.

Estimate versus quotation
An estimate is a starting point. A quotation is a commitment.
The amount generated by the estimator is indicative. The fixed written price is confirmed once we have seen the actual pipework, the access and the condition of what is there — because a wall can hide a much simpler or much worse job than the one you described. Estimates are time-limited, since parts and equipment prices move.
